Introduction
Standard Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) for services provided online at www.apg-lb.com or at APG Mobile App via “Play Store” or “App Store”.
We would like to familiarize you below with our standard terms and conditions, which govern how we process the provided services. The www.apg-lb.com website or APG Mobile App via “Play Store” or “App Store” offers "APG LLC" specific services.
The services offered on our website www.apg-lb.com or on our Mobile App APG via “Play Store” or “App Store” are directed exclusively at consumers who conclude the purchase of services for a purpose that cannot be attributed to their commercial or professional activity.
APG services are all merchandise that we offer on www.apg-lb.com or on our Mobile App APG via “Play Store” or “App Store”.
Formation of Contract
- 1.1 By downloading APG App or using APG website you confirm to use the provided services for private purposes exclusively.
- 1.2 For the services used online at www.apg-lb.com, we enter into English or Arabic language contracts only. When you use APG App services, your contract is with APG sarl, Boulevard General Emile Lahoud, Tarraf Building 2nd Floor, 1003, Chayyah, Baabda, Lebanon.
- 1.3 The provided services are mainly dedicated to APG Clients and provided under this terms and conditions.
- 1.4 You consent to the assignment of the seller's claims for payment of the purchase price to APG sarl or its third parties.
- 1.5 In the event that an service you have claimed to use is unavailable, we will let you know as soon as we can and, where payment has already been made, make a refund to your payment method without undue delay.
- 1.6 We do not assume the risk of having to provide required service elsewhere (procurement risk). We are obliged only to make deliveries from our available services. Where time periods are expressed in working days, a working day means all of the days between Monday and Friday inclusive, but not LB public holidays.
- 1.7 We reserve the right not to accept to provide a service or to cancel your subscription if the claimed services are being placed by the use of software, robot, crawler, spider or any automated system or scripted behavior and any use of third party services used to place service claim on your behalf.
Payment
- 2.1 We accept the following payment methods: cash-on-delivery, debit and credit card, and payment through PayPal, OMT or Wish. We reserve the right not to accept certain payment methods for a given request and to refer to other payment methods. You are responsible for any costs associated with money transactions.
- 2.2 We reserve the right to charge a fixed late payment fee of $5.00 per reminder notice if you default on payment. You have the right to bring evidence to show that the actual damage sustained was substantially less than the fixed fee, or that no damage was sustained at all.
- 2.3 You consent to receiving invoices and credits solely in electronic form.
Promotional Vouchers and Their Redemption
- 3.1 Promotional vouchers are vouchers that cannot be purchased, but are issued by APG during advertising campaigns and are valid for a certain period of time.
- 3.2 Promotional vouchers can be redeemed once only in connection with an service claim, and only within the specified period. Please check the terms and conditions of any promotional voucher before using it as certain brands may be excluded from the promotion and a minimum service request value may apply. Promotional vouchers may not be used to purchase gift vouchers.
- 3.3 Promotional vouchers can only be redeemed before the claiming process is complete. It is not possible to apply vouchers retrospectively. Promotional vouchers cannot be transferred to third parties. Unless we have agreed otherwise, it is not possible to combine multiple promotional vouchers.
Gift Vouchers and Their Redemption
- 4.1 Gift vouchers are vouchers that can be purchased from www.apg-lb.com website or on our Mobile App APG via “Play Store” or “App Store”. They may only be redeemed to purchase APG services, not more gift vouchers. If the value of a gift voucher is not enough to cover the services claim, the difference must be paid using any of the accepted payment methods.
- 4.2 Gift vouchers can only be redeemed and credits applied prior to completing your request. The value of gift vouchers will not be paid out in cash, nor will it accrue interest. Please go to "My Account” on our Mobile App APG via “Play Store” or “App Store” in order to redeem gift vouchers and apply them to your customer account or to view your credit balance.
Right of Revocation in Respect of APG Service
Subject to the further terms set out below (including some important exceptions), when you purchase a service from apg-lb.com you have the right to cancel and return your request within 14 days. This return policy applies to the following returns:
― Right to change your mind (Cool-off): you have the right to change your mind within 14 days and receive a refund amounting to the purchase price of the services. The cost of 5% of the services value will be deduced from the refunded amount. Note that a Refund Request will be refused if the service is activated.

Faulty Service Provision
Please contact us if a service you have purchased from the APG develops a fault. Nothing in these terms shall affect your statutory rights.

You can also print or save this document by selecting the usual commands in your web browser (usually File -> Save as). You can also download and archive this document as a PDF. - 8.2 The offers made available at APG website and/or Mobile App can be used by persons of at least 18 years of age.
Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by Lebanese law. You may bring legal proceedings against APG in Lebanon. If you have a dispute where you have entered into a contract with a APG partner you may bring legal proceedings against the APG partner in Lebanon.
